The Top One Percent cabin is now open for guests—an undiscovered jewel rising from the heights of Cordillera, clinging to the mountainside above Beavers Bend State Park.

Your journey begins on winding, forest-draped roads that curl along the northern face of the ridge, guiding you into a community where space is abundant, silence is sacred, and the night sky glows untouched by city light.

Just minutes from Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow Dam, and Broken Bow State Park, Cordillera is a sanctuary for explorers. Trails lace the mountain, and the coveted eight-mile Skyline Trail can be entered just outside the community gates. When evening calls, the Choctaw Landing Casino and the Broken Bow Saloon sit within easy reach.
Enjoy easy, step-free access directly to the front door, ensuring a smooth arrival for all guests. Inside, the main bedroom is conveniently located downstairs, offering comfort and privacy, while two additional large bedrooms upstairs provide generous space for family or friends. For added flexibility, the cabin also includes two rollaway beds, allowing room for two additional guests.

Crafted to honor its extraordinary perch, the cabin stands 200 feet above the Upper Mountain Fork River, capturing a vista that sweeps across rippling ridgelines and deep emerald forests. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame nature's artwork: dawn mist rising from the valley, sunsets melting into the horizon, and regal birds of prey gliding in the quiet skies—sometimes even an eagle passing overhead.

The chef’s kitchen includes gas appliances, a prep sink, and all cookware needed to create memorable meals. Mornings are easy with drip, Keurig, and Nespresso coffee options available. Dine inside or outside beneath the covered patio, complete with a handcrafted table for eight, a Napoleon 4-burner grill, and a 24” Louisiana Red Egg smoker (bring your own lump charcoal).

The expansive outdoor living spaces include a full-width main-level patio and two upper balconies—perfect for sunrise coffee, sunset wine, or simply soaking in the views. The private hot tub shares the same breathtaking views. The yard provides plenty of open space for cornhole, drone flying, and cozy evenings by the fire pit.

privacy of our guests and protecting our cabins. We
allow reasonable monitoring of the OUTSIDE of the
property. A device is affixed front of the house pointed
towards the driveway and another on the opposite side of the house.

New Hochatown casino/ Choctaw Landing, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River and Broken Bow Lake are all within a 4-5 -mile away. A short drive will put you at the Mountain Fork Brewery, Okie Girls Ice Cream Shop, Shuck Me seafood restaurant, Knotted Rope Winery, The Tasting Room Bar, and Hochatown Distilling Company, gift shop and other Hochatown area attractions.

Amazing Views

Absolutely breathtaking! This cabin has the best mountain and river views in Broken Bow! We spent every morning on the deck with coffee just soaking it all in. The sunsets over the mountains and the sound of the river below made it feel like a true escape. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. If you're looking for peaceful luxury with unforgettable views, this is it. We will 100% be back!

Incredible Views

My family stayed here last week and we were absolutely blown away by the views this cabin offers. It was such a great surprise. The photos in the listing truly don’t do this cabin justice. The setting is incredibly peaceful, with no cabins in front or behind, creating a true sense of privacy. The neighboring cabin to the right is far away, and the one to the left is very well hidden, so it still feels completely secluded. Our family visits Broken Bow regularly, and while many cabins look great in photos, they often feel worn or not well maintained in person. This cabin was the complete opposite—it felt brand new, extremely well cared for, and truly top-notch with high-end furnishings. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Each evening, my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the upstairs balcony with a bottle of wine, watching the sun go down. We also loved that the cabin is surrounded by hiking trails, and because the area isn’t overpopulated with cabins, the nearby roads were beautiful and very walkable with minimal traffic. We absolutely loved the vibe of this place and will definitely be back!
